1.Structural design features
• Compact and lightweight
Adopting European design concept, compact structure and light weight, it can effectively reduce the load-bearing pressure of the factory and save space, especially suitable for low clearance or narrow working environment.

Core components (such as motor, reducer, reel) are assembled in modular way, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement, and reduces downtime.
2. Lifting performance
• Lifting weight and lifting height
Rated load 3.2 tons, standard lifting height 6 meters (higher stroke can be customized according to needs), meeting the needs of medium and short distance material lifting.
• Wire rope configuration
High-strength anti-rotation wire rope is used, which is wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant. The standard rope guide is matched with the precision drum arrangement to reduce winding friction and extend the service life.
3.Travel system
• Operating organization
The drum is made of cast iron or seamless steel pipe, and the power is transmitted to the drum by spline. The outer shell is welded with steel plate. One end of the drum is connected with the lifting reducer and motor, and works with the suspension device through the wire rope; the other end is equipped with a height limit device.
• High-efficiency motor
Equipped with European standard energy-saving motor, it has good heat dissipation performance, strong continuous working ability and low energy consumption.
4. Installation and maintenance
• Quick installation
Standardized interface design supports installation with European single-beam cranes, reducing on-site commissioning time.
• Easy maintenance
